Back to School Night
Dear Woodbridge Families,
We would like to invite you to our Back-to-School Night scheduled for Wednesday, September 11. All parents should attend and meet their student’s teachers to learn about course curriculum, grading practices, and student expectations. Please print your student’s schedule from Parent Portal. A schedule of the evening’s activities is below.
The Counseling office will be hosting an event for all families in the Theatre from 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. Counselors will be discussing academic supports and tutorial options available to students, including our new online tutoring program “GradeSlam” and our Tutorial management system “TeachMore.”
A Message from PTSA
Support the PTSA at Back to School Night! Please bring small bills to Back to School Night. The PTSA will be holding a CASH ONLY bake sale before, during and after the event. Stop by for a quick pick-me-up before heading into your kids' classrooms - or take a treat home to reward your students for kicking the year off right! We will also have fun Warrior Store items on sale like WHS coffee mugs, water bottles and magnetic bumper stickers. We welcome donations of coffee, water and baked goods (store bought or homemade). We anticipate a large turnout for this evening and we encourage a timely arrival. There will be limited parking in our main parking lot, however, parking will be available at the tennis courts and the adjacent churches.
Please note that WHS students will have a minimum day on Wednesday, September 11 (1st period begins at 8:00 a.m., and 8th period ends at 12:45 p.m.). The bell schedule is available on the WHS website.
