Community Service/Volunteering

Although Woodbridge High School does not require community service hours for graduation, we believe community service to be a valuable and rich experience for the high school student. Students who complete 25 community service hours per year will receive a notation on their transcript. Please note, when students apply to colleges, they will be self-reporting community service experiences and total hours completed directly on the college application, if and when requested. It is the student’s responsibility to maintain copies of this Community Service Form (see Quicklinks to the right of the page to access the form).

Community service hours completed during the summer can be included in the school year following that summer. Community Service Forms must be submitted online each year to receive the transcript notation. You must keep the confirmation email you receive from google forms as proof of your submission. IF YOU SUBMIT NON-COMPLETED SERVICE HOURS THEY WILL NOT BE COUNTED.
