OCMAA Awards
- Please join us in congratulating Joslynne Blasdel, on receiving the Irene Schoepfle Lifetime Achievement Award for Music! Joslynne's commitment has enriched our community and empowered countless students to discover their musical potential.
- Let's celebrate Cassandra Gaona for her nomination for outstanding contributions to the arts. Her dedication has helped shape an inclusive and vibrant arts program in our school.
CrOSS COUNTRY
Both Boys and Girls teams made the State meet on the 23rd, and competed at state Sat the 30th.
- Boys took 9th in D2, and are ranked 29th out of all high schools in California (1620 high schools)
- Aidan Antonio (10), Aiden Zavala (11), Inban Kathiravan (11), Joey Yamamoto (9), Thomas Yohn (10), Sean Hohman (10), Iniyan Kathiravan (11)
- Girls took 15th in D2, and are ranked 49th out of all high schools in California.
- Hannah Wilbur (11), Abby Biber (12), Abby Fearn (10), Audrey Roberts (11), Olivia Ricks (10), Madrid Dale (10), Olivia Guo (9)
- Aidan Antonio took 12th as an individual in the D2 race, with a time of 15:07 on a 5 k course. (yes D2 was faster than D1 this year.) He also ended up as the 29th fastest athlete in the state, the fastest sophomore in the state, and the 5th fastest sophomore in state history.
