AP Exams start next week.
Below is some important information about your upcoming AP exams. Please read everything below. We highly recommend that ALL students log into their AP Classroom to verify the date and time of each of their upcoming exams.
Please periodically check the Woodbridge High School AP Exam website for all of the latest information.
Schedule
- Please review the 2023 schedule HERE. Locations for each exam have been added.
- Please note that some exams may be given in multiple locations.
- The Deadlines for all Digital Portfolio Submissions for Digital Art or Computer Science Principles are Monday, May 1, 2023, 8:59 PM PST for CSP and Friday, May 5, 2023, 8:59 PM PST for digital art. (MORE INFO)
Check in prior to your exam
- All exams will be administered on the Woodbridge campus.
- Chinese, Japanese and US History will be giving digitally but will be taken in person.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the exam to check in.
- You must present an ID to be admitted into the exam.
- School ID is preferred but CA driver’s license or passport will be accepted.
Exam Day
- Please review all of the information on the link below before arriving to your first exam. It details what you can and cannot bring into the exam room.
- Day of your AP exam
- NO CELL PHONES ARE PERMITTED TO BE ON YOUR PERSON DURING THE EXAM.
- If possible leave cell phones or smart watches at home. If you must bring it, it will be collected upon check-in and returned to you when dismissed.
- You may bring a snack that you can eat during the break.
- There is no break for both Physics C exams.
AP ID Label Sheet
- All students will receive a sheet with barcodes as you check in to your first exam. These barcodes are your AP ID number and you will need these labels at all of your exams. DO NOT LOSE THEM!

AP US History
- If you are taking the AP US History exam, it will be administered in digital format in person.
- All students will need to bring an IUSD FULLY CHARGED chromebook to the exam.
- If you attend Woodbridge and need to check out a chromebook, please come to the media center on Wednesday 3/3 or Thursday 5/4 to check one out.

AP Chinese and Japanese
- If you are taking either the AP Chinese and Japanese exam, it will be administered in digital format in person.
- A chromebook and headphone will be provided to you upon arrival.
